  • Inquiry submissions: retained in our email system for up to 3 years, or until the business relationship concludes.

  • Employment applications: Employment applications and resumes, retained for a minimum of 12 months after the position is filled. In the event of a legal claim or regulatory inquiry relating to a hiring decision, relevant records will be retained for the duration of that matter regardless of the standard retention period.

  • Website analytics data: anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for traffic trend analysis. Anonymized data cannot be used to identify individual visitors.

  • Advertising campaign performance data: aggregate statistics including impressions, clicks, spend, and conversion rates from Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns are retained indefinitely for benchmarking and future campaign planning. This data contains no personal information.

  • Advertising audience and retargeting data: when campaigns are active, visitors to our website may be added to advertising audiences within Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads. This data is held within those platforms and subject to their own expiry settings, typically 30 to 540 days for Google and up to 180 days for LinkedIn. Sentinel Electric does not export or independently retain this data.

  • LinkedIn lead data: where individuals submit their details through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form as part of one of our advertising campaigns, that data is exported from LinkedIn Campaign Manager and retained indefinitely in our internal records. These individuals represent potential business leads who may become active clients at any point in the future. You may request removal from our records at any time by contacting us at gcascante@sentinelelectricinc.com and we will action your request promptly.

  • B2B prospecting and cold outreach data: business contact information collected from publicly available sources such as LinkedIn, company websites, and industry directories for the purpose of direct outreach is retained indefinitely while the contact represents a potential business opportunity. You may request removal from our outreach records at any time by contacting us at gcascante@sentinelelectricinc.com

When personal data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
